On striking off information from state register of microfinance organisations
On 10 October Month 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to strike off information on Credit and Investment Centre, limited liability company (PSRN 1136671024600) from the state register of microfinance organisations.
The reason to take this decision was repeated violation within a year of the requirements of Federal Law No.
— the organisation failed to provide information on amendments to its founding documents;
— the organisation failed to provide documents containing the report on microfinance activity and its management personnel for 2013 and 2014 Q1.
