On appointment of provisional administration
In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 18926 and Articles 18931, 18932 and 18935 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ and following revocation of the banking licence of the credit institution Ryazan-based Regional investment commercial bank Rinvestbank (limited liability company) or LLC RICB Rinvestbank (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3262, date of registration — 7 July 1995) (Order No. OD-2220, dated 14 July 2016), the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2221, dated 14 July 2016) to appoint from 14 July 2016 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution Regional investment commercial bank Rinvestbank (limited liability company) for a term in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) or until the arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.
Svetlana V. Melnichikhina, chief economist of the information analysis sector of the banking supervision section of the Ryazan Regional Division, has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration of the credit institution Regional investment commercial bank Rinvestbank (limited liability company).
The provisional administration of the credit institution Regional investment commercial bank Rinvestbank (limited liability company) includes V. N. Khrustalyev, P. A. Petrov, S. V. Melekhov, A. V. Pyrsin, T. N. Abakumova, P. I. Tsikh, S. P. Doronin, and A. M. Demidov.
