On securities issue

On 9 October 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To assign identification number 1RVP-01-80188-N to the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company DMF-Invest placed through allocation between the shareholders of the open joint-stock company Detsky Mir reorganised through separation of the closed joint-stock company DMF-Invest with simultaneous merger of the separated closed joint-stock company DMF-Invest with the closed joint-stock DM-Finance.

To suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Design Bureau of Radiocommunication placed through allocation between the founders.

To resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Atomic Energy Power Corporation placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55319-Е-006D dated 27 December 2012.

To register an issue of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds and a prospectus of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the closed joint-stock company Stroitelno-Finansoviy Market placed through public subscription

To assign state registration number 4-01-80032-N to the issue of securities.

To register an issue of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds and a prospectus of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the closed joint-stock company STROYTEMP placed through public subscription.

To assign state registration number 4-01-80031-N to the issue of securities.

To register a report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Siberian Capital placed through acquisition of shares of the established joint-stock pension fund by the reorganised non-profit pension fund, the state registration number of the issue is 1-01-50184-A.
