On updating provisional administration personnel

In order to update the provisional administration personnel of the Moscow-based credit institution Financial Standard Commercial Bank Limited (Financial Standard Bank), as appointed in accordance with Bank of Russia Order No. ОD-1798, dated 8 June 2016, the Bank of Russia decided (Order No. ОD-2204, dated 12 July 2016):

to remove V. Ya. Nikolaishvili, A. V. Lakizo, A. V. Elchukova, A. D. Dmitriev, P. A. Udovichenko, T. V. Kazakova, effective 13 July 2016, from the provisional administration of the above-mentioned credit institution;

to introduce E. S. Shatskaya, effective 13 July 2016, into the provisional administration of the above-mentioned credit institution.
