On cancelling licence of professional securities market participant to carry out dealer activity

The Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licences of professional securities market participant to carry out dealer activity of the following entities:
Closed joint-stock company Portfolio Investment Company;
Open joint-stock company Bank Narodniy Credit.
The reason to take this decision was repeated violations within a year of the requirements of the Russian legislation on countering illegitimate use of insider information and market manipulation.
