On revocation of insurance licence

By its Order No. OD-3180 dated 11 November 2014, the Bank of Russia revoked the insurance licence from the Insurance Company Siberian Insurance House — Medicine, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3150).
The decision is taken due to the termination of activity of the insurance agent through reorganisation through merger with the Insurance Company Siberian Insurance House LLC (record in the unified state register of legal entities under state registration number 2144205131409) and becomes effective the day it is published in a printed media.
