Denis Novak appointed as financial consumer ombudsman

On 11 October 2021, the Bank of Russia Board of Directors decided¹ to appoint Denis Novak as Financial Consumer Ombudsman in Insurance, Microfinance, Credit Cooperation, and Credit Institutions’ Operations.
