On Bank of Russia decisions of 11 August 2014

On 11 August 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

1.To register amendments and addenda to the Rules of organisation and internal controls of the Moscow-based specialised depositary closed joint-stock company REGION Depository Company.

2.To agree on the Code of professional conduct of the Moscow-based specialized depositary carrying out pension savings accumulation and investing closed joint-stock company National Custodian Company.

3. To reissue a documentary confirmation of the licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the following entities:

— Moscow-based MFOND, limited liability company, due to a change of location;

— Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Progress-Trust Management Company due to a change of location.
