In order to update the provisional administration personnel of the Moscow-based credit institution Joint-stock Company StarBank, appointed in accordance with Bank of Russia Order No. ОD-921, dated 18 March 2016, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. ОD-2202, dated 12 July 2016)
to remove Yu. A. Lipai, M. N. Zharova, effective 13 July 2016, from the provisional administration of the credit institution StarBank, Joint-stock Company.
