On the termination of the activity of the provisional administration

Due to a ruling by the Arbitration Court of the city of Moscow, dated 23 April 2014, on the recognition of insolvency (bankruptcy) of the Moscow-based credit institution Commercial Bank Monolith, a limited liability company, or CB Monolith LLC (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1967, the date of registration — 24 July 1992) and the appointment of a receiver, pursuant to Clause 4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-964, dated 08 May 2014) to terminate from 12 May 2014 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Monolith (a limited liability company) appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-225, dated 05 March 2014 ‘On the Appointment of a Provisional Administration to Manage the Credit Institution Commercial Bank Monolith (a Limited Liability Company) or CB Monolith LLC (the City of Moscow) Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
