On the termination of the activity of the provisional administration in Confederation Management LLC

On 7 May 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to terminate operations of the provisional administration of the limited liability company Confederation Management Company (hereinafter referred to as ‘company’) (short name is LLC Confederation MC, located at 19034 Moscow, Boutikovsky pereulok, 12, bldg. 2, PSRN: 5067746134320, TRN: 7710640061, licence to carry out investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds activities issued on 21 December 2006 No. 21-000-1-00338 (annulled by order of the Federal Commission for Securities Market of 18 October 2011 No. 11-2673/pz-i), set up by order of the Federal Commission for Securities Market of 22 December 2011 No. 11-3452/pz-i On Setting Up the Provisional Administration in the Confederation Management Company.

The reason to terminate business of the provisional administration of the company was the fulfillment of functions assigned to the provisional administration.
