On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

The Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint a provisional administration to the Insurance Company Socium, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3261, location: 57 Dubininskaya Street, bldg. 2, Moscow, 115054, TIN 7702227277, PSRN 1027739038117, hereinafter, the Company).

The decision to appoint a provisional administration was taken due to the Company’s improper implementation of solvency recovery plan (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3159 dated 10 November 2014).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Oleg V. Pristupa (mailing address: PO Box 11, Moscow, 127434), member of the non-profit partnership Self-Regulatory Receivers Association of Subjects of Natural Monopolies of Fuel and Energy Complex (address: 13/2 Novaya Basmannaya Street, bldg. 1, Moscow, 107078), has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
