On appointment of provisional administration

In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 17 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ and due to the revocation of the banking licence from the Ulyanovsk-based credit institution open joint-stock company Gubernsky Bank Simbirsk or OJSC GB Simbirsk (Bank of Russia Registration No. 653, date of registration — 31 October 1990) (Order No. OD-3162 dated 11 November 2014) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-3163 dated 11 November 2014) to appoint from 11 November 2014 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution open joint-stock company Gubernsky Bank Simbirsk for a term in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) or until the arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.

Olga A. Godunova, head of the licencing and credit institution securities registration sector of the banking supervision section of the Ulyanovsk Regional Division, has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Gubernsky Bank Simbirsk.

The provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Gubernsky Bank Simbirsk also includes: N.Yu. Larina, L.V. Atanasova, A.V. Ignatieva, D.V. Isaenko, L.A. Kondrashina, T.V. Krasnikova, Yu.R. Lisitsyn, A.V. Prokudin, V.M. Tarasov, D.M. Bulgakov, I.L. Allyamov, P.I. Tsikh.
