On 10 September 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to register amendments and addenda to the pension rules of the following pension funds:
the Moscow-based joint-stock company non-governmental pension fund Vladimir;
the Moscow-based open joint-stock company Telecom-Soyuz Non-Governmental pension fund;
the Moscow-based non-governmental pension fund Transneft;
the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company URALSIB Non-Governmental pension fund.
