On updating provisional administration personnel

Due to operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-767, dated 21 April 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Open Joint-Stock Company Bank Zapadny or OJSC Bank Zapadny Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD-1712 dated 10 July 2014):

— to withdraw Dmitry G. Makarov, leading economist of the banking regulation, supervision, credit institution registration and licencing section of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Penza Region, and Yelena V. Platonova, category 1 economist of the cash circulation section of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Penza Region, from the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Bank Zapadny from 11 July 2014.
