On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the Republic of Dagestan dated 17 June 2014 on forced liquidation of the credit institution Commercial Bank Kaspiy, limited liability company (Bank of Russia Registration No. 639, date of registration — 30 October 1990), and appointing of a liquidator in compliance with Clause 4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1711 dated 10 July 2014) to terminate from 11 July 2014 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Kaspiy, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-701 of 17 April 2014 ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Makhachkala-based Credit Institution Commercial Bank Kaspiy, Limited Liability Company or CB Kaspiy LLC Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
