On termination of activity of provisional administration
Following the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of the city of Moscow, dated 22 December 2015, on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the Moscow-based credit institution closed joint-stock company Commercial Bank LADA-CREDIT (Bank of Russia registration No. 2668, date of registration is 28 January 1994) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia decided (Order No. OD-3830, dated 30 December 2015) to terminate from 31 December 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution closed joint-stock company Commercial Bank LADA-CREDIT appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2835, dated 16 October 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-Based Credit Institution Closed Joint-stock Company Commercial Bank LADA-CREDIT or CJSC CB LADA-CREDIT Due to the Revocation of Its banking Licence’.
