Due to the repeated gross violations of Russian securities legislation the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel series KA qualification certificate No. 000168, dated 14 May 2004, of qualification corresponding to the position of a securities market specialist in broker, dealer activity and securities management issued to Eduard A. Belyaev.
