On cancelling qualification certificate

Due to the repeated gross violations of Russian securities legislation the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel series AI-003 qualification certificate No. 004232, dated 30 June 2008, of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist in broker, dealer activity and securities management issued to Sergey N. Belov.
