On amending Rules of organisation and internal controls

On 6 November 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to register amendments and addenda:

to the Rules of organisation and internal controls of the Moscow-based ZERICH MANAGEMENT COMPANY, limited liability company;

to the Rules of organisation and internal controls of the Moscow-based MDS Asset Management, limited liability company;

to the Rules of organisation and internal controls of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Management Center Management Company;

to the Rules of organisation and internal controls of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Innovative Solutions Management Company;

to the Regulations of a specialised depository to exercise control over the activities to invest pension savings on the basis of agreements to render services of a specialised depository to the non-governmental pension fund and management companies that carry out trust management of pension savings under the contract with the non-governmental pension fund of the Moscow-based Northwestern Financial Company, limited liability company;

to the Rules of keeping the register of investment unit holders of unit investment funds of the Nizhny Novgorod-based Nizhny Novgorod Specialized Depository, limited liability company.
