On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the Republic of Dagestan dated 24 October 2014 on the forced liquidation of the credit institution INNOVATION AND COMMERCIAL BANK MESED, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (Bank of Russia Registration No. 184, date of registration — 25 December 1990), and appointing a liquidator in compliance with Clause 4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-3128 dated 7 November 2014) to terminate from 10 November 2014 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution INNOVATION AND COMMERCIAL BANK MESED, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2249, dated 28 August 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Makhachkala-based Credit Institution INNOVATION AND COMMERCIAL BANK MESED, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY or ICB MESED LLC Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
