On updating provisional administration personnel

Due to the operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2652, dated 30 September 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Commercial Bank SOYUZPROMBANK, Limited Liability Company, or CB SOYUZPROMBANK LLC Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD-3125 dated 7 November 2014):

— to introduce Marina V. Izyumova, deputy head of the banking supervision section of the Vladimir Regional Division, to the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank SOYUZPROMBANK, limited liability company, from 10 November 2014;

— to appoint Oleg N. Shmetakov, head of the Bank of Russia customer service sector of the accounting and reporting section of the Vladimir Regional Division, as a head of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank SOYUZPROMBANK, limited liability company, from 10 November 2014.
