To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company North-Western Phosphorus Company placed through private subscription.

The state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-57427-Н-002D.

To register a report on the results of an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Rusgeology placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-09835-А-004D.

To register amendments to the decision on an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Rosenergoatom placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55417-Е-006D.

To register amendments to the decisions on the issue of series 08, 09, 10 and 11 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds and a prospectus of series 08, 09, 10 and 11 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the limited liability company EvrazHolding Finance placed through public subscription, the state registration numbers of the issues are 4-08-36383-R, 4-09-36383-R, 4-10-36383-R, and 4-11-36383-R, dated 27 December 2012.
