On refusal to include information in state register of microfinance organisations

On 6 October 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to refuse to include information on the following entities in the state register of microfinance organisations:

• MIGFIN, limited liability company (the city of Ulyanovsk);
• CapitalGarant+, limited liability company (the town of Shelekhov, the Irkutsk Region);
• MFO Capital, limited liability company (the town of Suzdal, the Vladimir Region);
• Vostok Finance, limited liability company (the city of Yakutsk);
• Finance-Garant, limited liability company (the city of Armavir, the Krasnodar Territory);
• Finance House Dobro Pozhalovat, limited liability company (the city of Berezniki, the Perm Territory);
• TRANSCAPITALINVEST, limited liability company (the city of Saint Petersburg);
• Finance Byt, limited liability company (the town of Verkhneuralsk, the Chelyabinsk Region);
• FinMarket Chernozemie, limited liability company (the city of Voronezh);
• Microfinance organisation Stroy Finance, limited liability company (the city of Yekaterinburg);
