On 7 October 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to register documents of the Moscow-based open joint-stock company Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS as per list:
— Rules of organised trading in the currency market and the precious metal market of the open joint-stock company Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS;
— Rules of access to the organised trading in the currency market and the precious metal market of the open joint-stock company Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS.
