On registering rules of trust management

On 8 October 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to register rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:
Baikal-Nedvizhimost, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Baikal Capial Management Company, open joint-stock company;
N-Factorial 585, interval funds unit investment fund managed by EPIO Management Company, open joint-stock company;
Ochakovskiy, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by the Management Company Trust Management Partnership, limited liability company.
