On reissuing documentary confirmation of licences

On 7 October 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

1. To reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the following entities:

— Novosibirsk-based Invest Management Center Management Company, limited liability company, due to a change of location;

— Moscow-based Management Center Management Company, limited liability company, due to a change of location.

2. To reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to act as a specialised depositary of investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the following entities:

— Moscow-based joint-stock company United Specialized Depositary due to a change of name (previous name: open joint-stock company United Specialized Depositary);

— Nizhny Novgorod-based Nizhny Novgorod Specialized Depositary, limited liability company, due to a change of location.
