Activity of provisional administration of Roznichnoye i Korporativnoye Strakhovaniye LLC

The provisional administration¹ to manage Roznichnoye i Korporativnoye Strakhovaniye LLC (hereinafter, the Company) in the course of its inspection of the Company established the signs of illegal actions performed by its management bodies and owners leading to the Company’s inability to satisfy creditors’ claims under monetary obligations and to perform its obligation to make mandatory payments.

According to the assessment by the provisional administration, the value of the Company’s assets is insufficient to fulfil its obligations to creditors.

On 15 July 2021, the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow recognised the Company as insolvent (bankrupt).

As the Bank of Russia reasonably presumes that the Company’s officials were engaged in financial operations suggestive of criminal offence, the Bank of Russia submitted relevant information to the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation and the Investigative Committee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for consideration and procedural decision-making.
