External and Public Relations Department of the Bank of Russia announces that since July 2010 claims on and liabilities to central government of the Russian Federation and state and local governments will be presented separately in the Central Bank Survey, Credit Institutions Survey, Banking System Survey in accordance with the Monetary and Financial Statistics Manual (IMF 2000) and to provide facilities to conduct in-depth analysis of banking system relations with general government sector.
