On Bank of Russia decisions of 5 June 2014 

On 5 June 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Open joint-stock company Mortgage Agency of Republic of Tatarstan placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-56617-D-001D.

To register an issue of series 01 non-convertible interest-bearing certified bearer bonds and a prospectus of series 01 non-convertible interest-bearing certified bearer bonds of the Limited liability company Rosintrud Co. Ltd. placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 4-01-36441-R to this issue of securities.

To register an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Closed joint-stock company Private Pension Fund Doverie placed through allocation of shares.

To assign state registration number 1-01-80164-N to this issue of securities.

To register an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Non-state Pension Fund Professional (Open joint-stock company) placed through allocation of shares.

To assign state registration number 1-01-50175-А to this issue of securities.

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Closed joint-stock company Insurance Company Avangard Polis placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-10305-Z-002D.
