On release of Bank of Russia Bulletin

Bank of Russia Bulletin No. 43 (1761) of 6 May 2016 has been released.

The issue publishes information notices on the decisions of the Bank of Russia Board of Directors to keep the key rate on hold at 11.00% p.a. and to keep the interest rates on Bank of Russia specialised refinancing instruments unchanged, as well as to include securities in the Bank of Russia Lombard List.

The section Credit Institutions provides a review of key indicators of the March 2016 domestic foreign cash market.

The Bulletin presents the following Bank of Russia Orders:

No. OD-1363, dated 27 April 2016, on imposing moratorium on meeting claims of the creditors of the Moscow-based credit institution CB BFG-Credit (LLC);

No. OD-1366, dated 27 April 2016, on reducing the authorised capital of the Saratov-based JSC Econombank to the amount of its equity capital;

No. OD-1367, dated 27 April 2016, on amending Appendix 1 to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-727, dated 3 March 2016;

No. OD-1368, dated 27 April 2016, on amending Appendix 1 to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1207, dated 12 April 2016.

The section Non-bank Financial Organisations publishes the following Bank of Russia Orders:

No. OD-1384, dated 29 April 2016, on extending the term of activity of the provisional administration of the Insurance Company GRAND LLC;
