On cancelling licence of management company

On 3 December 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licence No. 21-000-1-00937, dated 21 October 2012, to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds issued by the Federal Financial Markets Service to Altyn Management Company, limited liability company (hereinafter, the Company), due to the repeated violation in the year 2014 of the requirements of Clause 1 of Article 40 of Federal Law No. 156-FZ, dated 29 November 2001, ‘On Investment Funds’ as regards prohibition on transactions on alienation of assets which constitute a closed-end unit investment fund (hereinafter, the Fund) with participation of the owners of the Fund’s investment units.
