On cancelling licence of professional securities market participant
On 3 December 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel the licence of a professional securities market participant to carry out dealer activity of Financial Partner, limited liability company (TIN: 631091629; PSRN: 1066311053049).
The reason to take the decision was the repeated violation within a year of the requirements of Russian securities legislation and Russian legislation as regards countering the legalisation (laundering) of criminally obtained incomes and the financing of terrorism, including the requirements envisaged by Article 7 of Federal Law No.
