On Bank of Russia decision

On 3 December 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to refuse to agree on the reorganisation of the Non-governmental Pension Fund The First Professional Pension Fund Veteran through separation of a non-profit pension fund with its simultaneous conversion into a joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund The First Professional Pension Fund Veteran; to refuse to take a decision on the state registration of the joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund The First Professional Pension Fund Veteran; to refuse to issue the licence to carry out pension provision and retirement insurance to the joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund The First Professional Pension Fund Veteran.
