On registering rules of trust management

On 7 October 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

1. To register rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:

Progress, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Eurasia, closed joint-stock company;

Rodnie Prostori, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Eurasia, closed joint-stock company;

Park of Legends, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by FIN-Partner Management Company, limited liability company;

RTK-Razvitie, closed-end unit investment hedge fund managed by VTB Capital Asset Management closed joint-stock company.

2. To register rules of trust management of the mortgage coverage of mortgage certificates of participation ISU-100 managed by Pallada Asset Management, closed joint-stock company.
