On 8 October 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to register an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Non-State Pension Fund NEFTEGARANT placed through acquisition of shares by the reorganised Non-State Pension Fund NEFTEGARANT.
To assign state registration number 1-01-50197-А to the issue of securities.
