On cancelling licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance

On 8 October 2014, the Bank of Russia took a deciaion to cancel licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance of the non-profit organisation Non-State Pension Fund of Professional Investments.
The reason to cancel the licence was the recognition of the non-profit organisation Non-State Pension Fund of Professional Investments insolvent (bankrupt) and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings in compliance with the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow on case No. А40-35/2014 dated 3 September 2014.
