On reorganisation of non-governmental pension fund

On 8 October 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to agree on the reorganisation of Non-State Pension Fund NEFTEGARANT through separation of a non-profit pension fund with its simultaneous conversion into a joint-stock company Non-State Pension Fund NEFTEGARANT; to take a decisionon the state registration of the joint-stock company Non-State Pension Fund NEFTEGARANT; to issue a licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance to the joint-stock company Non-State Pension Fund NEFTEGARANT, and to register the Pension rules and the Insurance rules of the joint-stock company Non-State Pension Fund NEFTEGARANT, and the Rules of organisation and internal controls in the joint-stock company Non-State Pension Fund NEFTEGARANT.
