On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the Perm Territory dated 29 September 2014 on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY PERM JOINT-STOCK ECOLOGICAL/ INDUSTRIAL COMMERCIAL BANK ECOPROMBANK (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2011, date of registration — 17 August 1992) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2760 dated 8 October 2014) to terminate from 9 October 2014 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY PERM JOINT-STOCK ECOLOGICAL/ INDUSTRIAL COMMERCIAL BANK ECOPROMBANK appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2122, dated 18 August 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Perm-based Credit Institution OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY PERM JOINT-STOCK ECOLOGICAL/INDUSTRIAL COMMERCIAL BANK ECOPROMBANK Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
