On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow dated 29 September 2014 on forced liquidation of the credit institution COMMERCIAL BANK AUERBANK, limited liability company (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3105, date of registration — 4 October 1994), and appointment of a liquidator in compliance with Clause 4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2763 dated 8 October 2014) to terminate from 9 October 2014 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution COMMERCIAL BANK AUERBANK, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1891, dated 25 July 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution COMMERCIAL BANK AUERBANK, Limited Liability Company, or CB AUERBANK LLC Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
