On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow dated 29 September 2014 on forced liquidation of the credit institution closed joint-stock company non-bank credit institution Ural Clearing Center (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3326-P, date of registration — 31 December 1997) and appointment of a liquidator in compliance with Clause 4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2762 dated 8 October 2014) to terminate from 9 October 2014 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution closed joint-stock company non-bank credit institution Ural Clearing Center appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1733, dated 11 July 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Closed Joint-Stock Company Non-bank Credit Institution Ural Clearing Center or CJSC UCC Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
