To register an issue and a report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company National Payment Card System placed through acquisition by the sole founder of the joint-stock company.

To assign state registration number 1-01-50186-А to the issue of securities.

To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Siberian Chemical Combine placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-55409-Е-006D to the additional issue of securities.

To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Concern Sea Underwater Weapons Gidropribor placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-04151-D-006D to the additional issue of securities.

To register an additional issue and a prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Joint-Stock Oil Company Bashneft placed through public subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-00013-А to the additional issue of securities.

To authorise placement and circulation outside the Russian Federation of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Joint-Stock Oil Company Bashneft, the state registration number of the issue of securities is 1-01-00013-А, in the amount of 45,000,000 (forty-five million) shares, but not exceeding 25 percent of total amount of placed and circulating ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Joint-Stock Oil Company Bashneft.
