On Bank of Russia decisions of 4 July 2014

On 4 July 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To approve a report on the termination of activity of Russian Real Estate, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by the Moscow-based Promsvyaz Management Company, limited liability company, and to remove information on the said fund from the register of unit investment funds.

To approve a report on the termination of activity of GLOBEX — Bond Fund, open-end bond unit investment fund managed by the Moscow-based Bazis-Invest Management Company, limited liability company, and to remove information on the said fund from the register of unit investment funds.

To approve a report on the termination of activity of GLOBEX — Balanced, open-end mixed unit investment fund managed by the Moscow-based Bazis-Invest Management Company, limited liability company, and to remove information on the said fund from the register of unit investment funds.

To approve a report on the termination of activity of Black Earth, closed-end rental unit investment fund managed by the Moscow-based GeoCapital Management Company, limited liability company, and to remove information on the said fund from the register of unit investment funds.

To extend the term of termination of activity of Universal, closed-end equity unit investment fund managed by the Tolyatti-based KonTechnolInvest Management Company, limited liability company.
