Reason: Clause 4 of Article 26 of the Federal Law ‘On the Securities Market’. In compliance with Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1251 dated 2 June 2014 a licence to carry out banking activities was revoked from the CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY COMMERCIAL BANK SOFRINO due to non-compliance with the federal banking laws and regulations of the Bank of Russia, capital adequacy below 2 percent, decrease in own funds (capital) below the minimal value of authorised capital established by the Bank of Russia as of the date of the state registration of the credit institution and repeated application over the past year of supervisory measures envisaged by the Federal Law ‘On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)’ (Article 19, Clause 6 of Part 1 and Clauses 1 and 2 of Part 2 of Article 20 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activity’, Part 11 of Article 74 of the Federal Law ‘On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)’.
Due to the declaration of the state registration of the second additional issue of shares of the CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY COMMERCIAL BANK SOFRINO void and its cancellation, any transactions with these securities, their advertising and disclosure of their purchase and/or selling prices are prohibited.
