Pursuant to the requirements of Part 5 of Article 23 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’ the Moscow-based Main Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the Central Federal District notifies on the initiation of the reorganisation of Public Joint-stock Company Sovcombank (Registration No. 963) through merger with Joint-stock Company Commercial Bank Guarantee Bank Moscow (Registration No. 3275).
