On release of Bank of Russia Bulletin

Bank of Russia Bulletin No. 100 (1818) of 7 November 2016 has been released.

The section Credit Institutions publishes the following Bank of Russia orders:

No. OD-3773, dated 2 November 2016, on termination of activity of the provisional administration of the Moscow-based credit institution JSC CB RUBank.;

No. OD-3776, dated 3 November 2016, on revocation of the banking licence of the credit institution LLC CB Kamsky Gorizont (the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, the Republic of Tatarstan);

No. OD-3777, dated 3 November 2016, on appointing the provisional administration to manage the credit institution LLC CB Kamsky Gorizont (the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, the Republic of Tatarstan) following revocation of its banking licence.

The section Official Documents publishes Bank of Russia Information Letter No. 05-19/76, dated 2 November 2016, on a master agreement new form which covers general conditions for the Bank of Russia and a credit institution to carry out repo transactions at organised and non-organised trading in the Russian Federation.
