On 6 October 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licences to act as a specialised depositary of investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds (hereinafter, the Licences) issued to the following entities:

The reason to cancel the Licences of the Specialised Depositaries is the Specialised Depositaries’ failure to carry out the activity envisaged by the Licences for more than 18 months.
