On Qualification Examination for Candidates to Join Actuary Self-Regulatory Organisations

In accordance with Clause 2 of Article 8 of Federal Law No. 293-FZ, dated 2 November 2014, “On the Actuarial Activities in the Russian Federation”, the Bank of Russia is going to hold qualification examinations on 18 and 25 October 2014 for candidates to join actuary self-regulatory organisations (hereinafter, the qualification examinations).

The qualification examinations will be held in accordance with Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3332-U, dated 21 July 2014, “On Establishing Qualification Examination Programme for Candidates to Join Actuary Self-Regulatory Organisations” and No. 3359-U, dated 5 August 2014, “On the Procedure for Conducting Qualification Examination for Candidates to Join Actuary Self-Regulatory Organisation and on the Procedure for Confirming Its Passing”.

To join the qualification examination the candidates need to fill in an electronic registration form which is available on the Bank of Russia website.

The registration forms to join the qualification examination which will take place on 18 October 2014 will be collected up to and including 27 September, and up to and including 4 October 2014 for the examination which will take place on 25 October 2014.
