On revocation of mutual insurance licence

By its Order No. OD-2401, dated 5 September 2014, the Bank of Russia revoked the mutual insurance licence from the Non-Profit Organisation VZAIMNAYA POMOSHCH Mutual Insurance Company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents 4286).

This decision is taken due to the failure of the Non-Profit Organisation VZAIMNAYA POMOSHCH Mutual Insurance Company to timely remove the violations of the insurance legislation resulted in suspension of the mutual insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1542, dated 26 June 2014, ‘On Suspending Mutual Insurance Licence of the Non-Profit Organisation VZAIMNAYA POMOSHCH Mutual Insurance Company’), and notably due to the failure to timely meet Bank of Russia instructions, and becomes effective the day it is published in a printed media.
