On Bank of Russia decisions of 6 August 2014

1. To register the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Non-Governmental First Russian Pension Fund placed through share distribution.

To assign state registration number to this issue of shares 1-01-50180-A.

1. To register the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Surgutneftegas placed through acquisition of shares by the Non-Governmental Pension Fund Surgutneftegas with separation of the issuer and its simultaneous transformation.

To assign state registration number to this issue of shares 1-01-50181-A.
